Information on this site

The site describes the kinds of products and services ZeinHomes offers. It is general information, not a quotation or a promise that a particular product will suit your home. Product features, and compatibility with Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa, differ by product and change over time; we confirm what applies to you during your consultation.

Service areas

We can only offer consultations and installations where our service providers work. The address check on this site gives an automatic answer; in some cases a person reviews it, and we may decline a booking we cannot serve.

Consultations

• A consultation is a conversation about your home and options. It does not commit you to buy anything.
• Please give accurate details so we can prepare. For a consultation at your home, an adult must be present.
• You can reschedule or cancel with the links in your confirmation email, up until the start time.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel; if so, we will tell you by email as early as we can.
• Consultations may be carried out by independent service providers working with ZeinHomes.

Products and installation

Any products, prices and installation work are agreed separately, in writing, after your consultation. Product warranties come from the manufacturer. Subscriptions and cloud services offered by manufacturers or monitoring companies are between you and them.

Not an emergency service

ZeinHomes does not monitor alarms or respond to alerts. In an emergency, call 911.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated booking, false bookings, attempts to access systems or data you are not entitled to, or interference with the site’s operation.

Trademarks

Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa are trademarks of their owners. ZeinHomes is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and ZeinHomes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
