Motorized shades
Privacy that opens and closes on its own
Shades that follow your day: closed when the street lights come on, open with the morning, and adjustable from anywhere. Measured, installed and set up by ZeinHomes.
What it solves
Rooms on show after dark
Lit rooms are easy to see into at night. Shades that close on a schedule mean you never have to remember.
Hard-to-reach windows
Tall, wide or awkward windows are often left as they are because adjusting them is a chore.
Heat, glare and faded floors
Strong afternoon sun warms rooms, glares on screens and fades furniture and floors over time.
An empty-looking house
Shades that never move while you are away say so. Scheduled movement keeps the house looking lived in.
Key benefits
Privacy control
Close a room, a floor or the whole house with one tap, one scene or one voice command.
Daylight management
Let light in when you want it and keep glare and heat out when you do not.
Schedules and scenes
Open and close by time of day, or tie shades to scenes such as “Good night” or “Movie”.
Remote and voice control
Adjust from your phone when you are out, or by voice through a supported assistant.
Available solutions
Roller shades
Clean, simple shades in light-filtering, solar or blackout fabrics.

Room-specific applications

Power options
Rechargeable battery, plug-in or hard-wired, depending on the window and nearby power.
Connectivity
Some systems connect directly, others through a small hub. We explain which and why before you choose.
Ecosystem compatibility
- Apple Home
- Google Home
- Amazon Alexa
Many motorized shades work with Apple Home, Google Home or Amazon Alexa, some directly and some through a manufacturer’s hub. Support for schedules, scenes and voice control differs between products and ecosystems.
Compatibility with Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa differs by product and by feature. We confirm what works with your ecosystem during your consultation, before you buy anything.
Installation and setup
Step 1: Consultation
We visit your home, or meet on a video call, to understand how you live, what you want to protect and which ecosystem you already use.
Step 2: Measurement
We measure each window precisely. Motorized shades are made to size, so accurate measurement matters.
Step 3: Selection
You choose styles and fabrics, and we confirm power, connectivity and ecosystem support for each window.
Step 4: Installation
We mount the shades, connect power and pair them, then test every window.
Step 5: Setup and training
We connect everything to your app and ecosystem, set up the people in your household, and walk you through day-to-day use.
Frequently asked questions
Can I still operate the shades without my phone?
Yes. Most systems can include a wall switch or handheld remote alongside app and voice control. We will recommend what suits each room.
What happens in a power cut?
Battery-powered shades keep working. Plug-in and wired shades stop moving until power returns, but stay where they are.
How often do batteries need charging?
It depends on the product, the size of the shade and how often it moves. We will give you realistic expectations for the products you choose.
Do you install on all window types?
Most windows can be fitted. Very large, angled or unusual windows may need specific products; we will tell you at the consultation.
