We want everyone to be able to learn about our services and book a consultation. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

• Pages use a logical heading structure and landmarks, with a “Skip to content” link.
• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and controls are designed for sufficient colour contrast, and controls are large enough to tap.
• The site works on phones and at large text sizes.
• Appointment times always show the timezone in words.

Known limitations

• The address suggestions on the scheduling form come from Google. If they are hard to use, you can type your full address without choosing a suggestion.
• The bot check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare and is designed to be accessible; if it blocks you, please contact us.
